Charity was born November 9, 1977 in Tifton to Rayford Cox and Connie Johnson Garza. She lived in Ocilla and Fitzgerald all of her life. Charity received a degree in business from East Central Technical College and was currently a student studying Criminal Justice. She was an admissions clerk at the Irwin County Hospital and was a member of Westside Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children: Brandon A. Certamente, Chloe D. Smith and Jaci Hope Phillips all of Fitzgerald; padre & stepmother: Rayford & Patti Cox of Fitzgerald; madre & patrigno: Connie & Simon Garza of Jonesboro; amici speciali: Joel Quinn, Janet Roberson and Lynn Roberts; sorella: Brenda Dennison of Fitzgerald; niece: Caitlyn Dennison of Fitzgerald; stepbrothers: Walter (Kristi) Cowart and Joe (Melody) Cowart of Adel and Phillip (Leslie) Cowart of Lake Park; nonna: Sara Cox of Fitzgerald; step-grandmother: Lucille Gaskins of Adel and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by a son, Dylan Sirmans, nonno paterno, Carl R. Cox, nonni materni, Raymond and Clara Johnson and paternal step-grandfather, Floyd Gaskins.
