Charles “Charlie” Artie Boyett Jr., 40, of Augusta, passed away early Wednesday morning, Décembre 21, 2011, à sa résidence, la suite d'une longue maladie.
He was born September 8, 1971 in St. Marys. He attended Camden County Schools and graduated from Dodge County High School. He also graduated from Abraham Baldwin College. He worked in real estate and then as a banker in commercial lending. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Eastman. He was an avid golfer and Georgia Bulldog fan.
Survivors include his daughter, Nicole Boyett, Augusta; épouse, Stephanie Tison Boyett, Augusta; two step-children: Freddie and Abigail; his parents, Charles Artie Sr. and Barbara Smith Boyett, Eastman; three sisters: Brenda (Micro) Horne, Eastman, Sherri (Eric) Kruger, Warner Robins and Karen (Brad) Barlow, Douglas; his grandmother, Zoie Smith, Blackshear and eight nephews , a niece, and many other relatives.
Visitation will take place from 2-3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Les services funéraires auront lieu à 3 p.m. Vendredi, déc. 23, from the chapel of Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Brian Jones officiating.
Interment will follow in the Ramah Primitive Baptist Church.
Active pallbearers will be Bo Bradham, Baxter Bradham, Nathan Horne, Zach Barlow, Kyle Barlow and Clay Anderson.
