Leon “Buck” Young, 78, de Fitzgerald, died Thursday, Agosto 25, 2011, en Tift Regional Medical Center.
Los servicios funerales se llevarán a cabo en 10 AM Sunday, Agosto 28, 2011, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Hires officiating. Seguirá el sepelio en el cementerio de Mystic. La familia recibirá a los amigos de 7 hasta 9 Saturday evening at the funeral home.
Sr.. Young was born August 8, 1933 in Irwinville, GA to the late J.P. and Mattie Lou Phillips Young. Living in Ben Hill and Irwin Counties most of his life, he was a retired farmer and mechanic. Sr.. Young was a member of the Fitzgerald Baptist Purity Church.
He is survived by his children: C.L. “Pedro” and Kathy Young of Fitzgerald, Diane Sims and Kenny Sheppard of Fitzgerald and Amber Young of Perry, Florida; nietos: Philip and Kesha Young, Dee Dee & Kaylea, Stone, Kristy and James Reynolds, Kasey and Daniel Mays and Carie and Ryan Fussell; 10 Great grandchildren; hermanos: Melvin and Pat Young of Fitzgerald and Marvin and Lisa Young of Tifton; hermana: Joann and Bobby Grantham of Tifton; step-daughter: Kathy Shipskie. Junto con sus padres, he was preceded in death by sons, Brandon and Steven Young, 4 hermanas, y 3 hermanos.
