Frau. Scurlock was born November 27, 1947 in Eastman, Georgien bis in die späten Rev. Cliff and Lizzie Mae Batts Hair. She was a 1965 graduate of Fitzgerald High School. Frau. Scurlock had lived in Worth County for over 12 Jahre. She was a former resident of Tifton, Moultrie, Thomasville and Dothan, Alabama. She was a Supervisor for Consolidated Loan Company and formerly worked for First Family Financial. She was of the Baptist faith.
