Peggy Ruth Selph Paxton Bullard, a longtime resident of Brunswick, passed away July 24, 2011 in Mesa, Arizona during a battle with lung cancer. Frau. Bullard was born in Hahira, Georgia on November 9, 1948, grew up in Valdosta, Georgia and graduated from Lowndes County High School in 1966. Frau. Bullard moved to
Brunswick in the mid 70’s and retired from the insurance profession after many years of service.
Frau. Bullard is survived by her husband: Larry V. Bullard of Brunswick; Sons: Lance A. Paxton of Jacksonville, FL, Bryan S. Paxton (Ronna) of Monroe, LA, and Michael A. Paxton of Tampa Bay, FL, a stepson: Matt Bullard (Teresa) von Braunschweig, GA; 5 Enkelkinder: Jet Paxton, Luke Paxton and Drew
Paxton all of Monroe, LA also Madison and Vance Bullard of Brunswick; several aunts, uncles and cousins of other cities.
Frau. Bullard was a long time member of Northside Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held Thursday,
August 4, 2011 bei 6:00PM in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Sammy Chancey officiating. Friends and relatives are invited to attend. A private inurnment will be held at a later date in the Palmetto Cemetery.
