Penny Ann Underwood-Person, 58, of Jesup died on Dec. 24, 2011 at her home.
She was born March 7, 1953, to the late Johnny Lee and Leola Proudfoot Underwood in Glynn County. She was educated in the public school system of Wayne County and was employed as a housekeeper. She was preceded in death by both parents; her husband, Lester Nathan Person; her sister, Peggy Hill and a brother, Earl Underwood.
She is survived by her children, Katrina and Michael Stephens of Jacksonville, FL.; and Sabrina Underwood of Jesup; a sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Rodney Thurman of Waycross; petits-fils, Michael and Javante, both of Jacksonville, Fla. et une multitude de nièces, neveux et cousins.
