Wilma Brannon, âge 72 de Douglas, passed away Thursday, Octobre 13, 2011, at St. Joseph’s-Candler Hospital in Savannah following an extended illness.
Mme. Brannon was born in Pearson, Géorgie., to the late George and Annie Jane Bledsole Duggan on April 22, 1939. She had worked as a sales floor associate at Walmart. Mme. Brannon was preceded in death by her daughter, Delaine Brannon Hires.
Il laisse son mari, James Brannon of Douglas; une fille, Deborah Brannon of Douglas; une soeur, Lorraine Shellnutt of Birmingham, Ala.; and two grandchildren, Heather and Lucas Hires.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Octobre 15, 2011, at Royals Church Cemetery in Atkinson County with Rev. Den Weniger officating. Music was provided by Mindy Conner, Polly Ballentine and Heather Hires, who sang, “Beulah Land” and “Go Rest High On That Mountain.”
Pallbearers were Courtney Fletcher, Craig Craithers, Ré. J. Jacques, Lucas Hires, Freddie Davis and John Davis.
