Easter Marie Crocker Jimenez, 53, of Omega died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Omega Church of God. The Rev. Ryan Carnes, the Rev. Dwayne Dickerson and the Rev. Nathan Greer will officiate with burial to follow in Tift Memorial Gardens. Jody Dean, Alton Benefield, Juan Garcia, Carmelo Garcia, Duck Smith and Marcus Aparicio will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Donald Smith, the Rev. Larry Daughtry, the Rev. Jerry Greer, the Rev. Rickey Wells and Jerry White. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Jimenez was born on Nov. 30, 1957 in Spartanburg, S.C., and was the daughter of Horace Bomar Crocker and Ruth B. Ray Wade Crocker, both deceased. She was a homemaker and formerly employed at Tifton Textiles as a material handler. She was a member of Omega Church of God.

Mrs. Jimenez is survived by her husband, Jose Luis Jimenez Sr. of Omega; one son, Jose Luis Jimenez Jr. of Tifton; one daughter and her fiancé’, Pamela Hutto and Edward Scarberry, both of Tifton; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Billy Crocker of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Wayne and Donna Kay Crocker of Tifton; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Betty and Donald Smith of Omega, Peggy Crocker of Tifton, Nancy and Jason Pulley of Clifton, Tenn., and Vickie Crocker of Omega; and two grandchildren, Zachary Hood and Corbin Hood.
