Harold C. “Jack” Burnem, 78 of Jesup, Ga. died Thursday, May 02, 2013 at his residence. The West Virginia native and former resident of Brunswick, Ga. was a member of Arco Methodist Church and attended Jesup Primitive Baptist Church. He was a retired industrial mechanic who enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and spending time with his family.

Survivors are his wife of 11 years, Ruth Alderman Burnem of Jesup, Ga.; his children, Harold “Cisco” (Natalie) Burnem of Brunswick, Ga., Lynn (Peggy) Burnem of Screven, Ga., Lucy (Dan) Lee of Hardeeville, S.C., Kathy (Willie) Brown of Brunswick, Ga., Jackie (Bryan) Jones of Waynesville, Ga.; 3 brothers, James, Donald and Ernest Burnem, all of Ohio; 14 grandchildren, Jonathan (Kelly), Dustin (Ly), Christopher, Nikki, Charlie (Stacy), Little Lucy (deceased), Lance (Crystal), Mike (Kayla), Casey, Tim, Jennifer (Jimmy), Chris (Shelly), Daniel, Anthony,18 great grandchildren; Aubrey, Ryder, Amos, Jessica, Alex, Brianna, Kenzie, Tabby, Abby, Emily, Jaiden, Natalie, Kali, Ally, Zach, Ashton, Kinsley, and Taylor, several nieces and nephews.
