Howard “Warren” Fletcher, 65, of the West Berrien Community, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Private services and burial will be held at a later date.

Mr. Fletcher was born Oct. 14, 1945 in Adel and was the son of Charles Fletcher and Lou Annie George Fletcher, both deceased.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Hollis Fletcher. He was retired as a diesel mechanic for Florida Rock Company. He loved animals, especially horses and wildlife.

Mr. Fletcher is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Karen Fletcher Dorsey and her husband, Carlton, of Hampton and Kimberly Fletcher of Valdosta; three brothers, Edward Fletcher of West Berrien, Wayne Fletcher of Enigma and Gerald Fletcher of Tifton; four sisters, Evelyn DiMaggio of Jacksonville, Fla., Ruby Fletcher of Enigma, Virginia Clarke of Nashville and Patricia Mullis of Enigma; two grandchildren, Eric Dorsey and Jenna Dorsey, both of Hampton; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
