Linda Hair Newsome Scurlock,64, of Worth County, died Tuesday, June 12, 2012, in Worth County.
Funeral services will held 11 AM, Friday, June 15, 2012 at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Fisher and the Rev. Kenny Croft officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Scurlock was born November 27, 1947 in Eastman, Georgia to the late Rev. Cliff and Lizzie Mae Batts Hair. She was a 1965 graduate of Fitzgerald High School. Mrs. Scurlock had lived in Worth County for over 12 years. She was a former resident of Tifton, Moultrie, Thomasville and Dothan, Alabama. She was a Supervisor for Consolidated Loan Company and formerly worked for First Family Financial. She was of the Baptist faith.
